What Is A Self-Contract & How To Create It

Recently I had the honor of leading a workshop for an amazing group of women. Our focus was on developing a self-contract based on WHO we are not just What we are or What we do.

Self-Contract: a combination of personalized-meaningful words that inspire a focused and driven life.

Three simple steps to creating a Self-Contract

1. Identify your strengths, core values, and beliefs (check out my podcast on this topic HERE)

2. Combine the words that impact you the most

3. Write it out and challenge yourself to introduce WHO you are, not WHAT you do

Benefits of a self-contract

- releases self-doubt
- improves decisiveness
- expresses WHO you are, not WHAT you do
- encourages self-compassion
